NEIGHBORHOOD, which began in Harajuku on October 28, 1994, will close out its 30th-anniversary year with the “NEIGHBORHOOD 30TH ANNIVERSARY EXHIBITION” at LAFORET MUSEUM inside Laforet Harajuku, running from Monday, September 29 to Sunday, October 5, 2025.
The exhibition will feature portraits of 100 participants from the commemorative photobook THE TOKYO HUNDREDS 2: “Portraits of Harajuku” — Directed by NEIGHBORHOOD / 30th Anniversary Issue by Osamu Nagahama, and the book will be available for purchase at the venue ahead of its general release on October 8.
In addition, six designs from NEIGHBORHOOD’s signature ceramic Incense Chamber series have been scaled up into large-format art pieces and will be on display.
